MPS-REGISTRATION FORM for MPS-CPDOnLine (Non MPS Member)
MPS Ordinary, Postgraduate, Associate Members (with Sub Paid Up Year 2018), Life and Fellow Members are automatically enrolled into the system. No further action is require to access the system.
MPS Members will also be able to access the Academy of Pharmacy E-Learning Programme website (www.acadpharm.org.my) besides the CPD-Online website (www.mps.org.my/cpdonline) with the same login name and password.
Non-MPS member need to register as below. Upon registration and payment of the fees, a login name and a password will be assigned to you. Please fill in your particulars below and send back to MPS either by post/fax/email (email to finance.mps@gmail.com & enter subject matter as “CPD-Enquiry and Registration-Your Name”. For eg: CPD-Enquiry and Registration-Adam.
