With the theme “Healthcare Sustainability,” MIHS 2025, in collaboration with the MPS Safe Medicine Disposal Special Interest Group and the MPS Education Chapter, presents a dynamic initiative dedicated to exploring healthcare policy and fostering innovation.
This webinar serves as a platform to educate, empower, and inspire visionary pharmacist leaders in shaping a more sustainable and resilient healthcare system for Malaysia. This introductory webinar delves into the essential pillars of healthcare sustainability, highlighting the intersection of policy, resource management, and medication governance in shaping a resilient healthcare system. Participants will explore the principles of sustainable healthcare, the transformative role of health policy, and the pressing issue of medication wastage, all within the context of Malaysia’s evolving healthcare landscape.
Through insightful discussions and real-world case studies, this session aims to equip pharmacists and other allied healthcare professionals with the knowledge and strategies needed to drive efficiency, accessibility and sustainability in the healthcare system. No prior experience in health policy is required—just a shared commitment to shaping a healthier, more sustainable future for all Malaysians.
