Organised through a strategic collaboration between Malaysian Pharmacists Society – Young Pharmacist Chapter (MPS-YPC) and Y Coaching Academy (YCA), this academy combines leadership workshops, webinars, coaching, mentorship, and project-based learning to help you unlock your full potential.

🌟 Rxcelerate Leadership Academy is MPS-YPC’s first-ever HRD Corp claimable programme, making professional leadership development more accessible to working professionals and organizations investing in talent growth.
