Being a community pharmacist myself, I truly believe that community pharmacists can play a significant role in public health by providing specialised pharmacy services. Community pharmacists are one of the most easily accessible healthcare providers. This year, the MyCPBF team hope to continue our effort in empowering community pharmacists to adopt value-added services, by introducing the medication review in the community pharmacy.

We are collaborating with MPS Community Pharmacy Chapter, bringing a series of webinars and workshops, focusing on the essential skills and knowledge in medication review, including herb-drug interaction for commonly sold herbal supplements in the settings. As young pharmacists, we aimed to make these sessions informative, yet engaging and fun with the hands-on workshop and quiz throughout the webinars. I hope many young aspiring pharmacists would be inspired and take the lead to provide better patient care.
