Kontrak Ends, But Future Starts Now is one of the advocacy projects planned by the MPS-YPC in 2021 to empower pharmacists to embrace transition in their careers. By providing the participants with a virtual platform with the vast experience shared by our speakers, we hope to inspire them with confidence to lead their career pathways and embrace the changes in their careers.

This year, we are back with the theme “Exploring and Developing Career Paths for Pharmacists” which provides insights on the soft skills needed for career growth, progression, and transition of pharmacists, as well as focuses on different career paths for pharmacists and provides insights and advice from pharmacists who have successfully navigated these fields. A soft skills forum titled “Navigating Your Pharmacy Career Path: Developing Soft Skills for Growth and Advancement” will be held with the main aim of supporting the career growth, progression, and transition of pharmacists. This will then be followed by career journey sharing on three different pathways, namely clinical research associate, veterinary pharmacist and principal trainer at the community pharmacy.
