The congress was a collaborative effort between Bayer Pharmaceutical and MPS-YPC to empower community pharmacists. Featuring an impressive line-up of speakers hailing from both pharmacy and non-pharmacy backgrounds, the Congress was truly an interprofessional collaboration session to strengthen pharmacists’ core skills and competency. MPS-YPC also addressed core proficiencies for young pharmacists enthused to join the community sector. The chapter inspires to continuously provide high-quality training programmes to empower young pharmacists.
